cred announces the signing of its sponsorship contract for the Cairo Drama Festival in its first session, in the presence of Eng. Ahmed Mansour, CEO of Cred Developments, and Dr. Ashraf Zaki, head of the Acting Professions Syndicate. cred Developments receives the platinum sponsorship of the festival, which will be held on September 21 at the Al-Manara International Conference Center, in El-Moshir Tantawy Axis in New Cairo, organized by the Acting Professions Syndicate and headed by the iconic Dr. Yehia El Fakharany.
 
cred’s decision to sponsor the festival comes in line with its interest and desire to support the cultural and artistic movement and goes in line with its belief in the importance of being part of the cultural and creative scene. Especially since drama is part of Egypt’s soft power that plays a role in shaping the Egyptian mentality and documents many of the events and causes that the Egyptian society is facing.

Eng. Ahmed Mansour, CEO of cred, said that the company's sponsorship of the festival is a result of its keenness to support and encourage the drama industry, and its belief in Egyptian arts and culture especially since the festival promotes the development of drama and evaluates the series’ presented throughout the year.
 
Mansour added that being the platinum sponsor for the festival affirms the company’s desire to support Egyptian drama as it is considered one of the pillars of Egypt's soft power. Egyptian drama also plays a major role in shaping Egyptian and Arab mentality, encourages Egyptians to show Egypt’s artistic image in the best possible way, and highlights the prominent role that Egyptian drama has played through time.
 
Dr. Ashraf Zaki, Head of the Acting Professions Syndicate, expressed his happiness with this sponsorship, pointing out that it reflects the private sector’s artistic awareness in all fields and levels, and the importance of supporting such events that show Egypt's soft power and the quality of the projects offered by Egyptian drama. Cairo Drama Festival focuses on the fact that Egyptian drama is the foundation of Arab drama and it helped it thrive, whereas the artistic roles presented by the stars are a main and everlasting reference for Arab drama.
 
This year’s first festival edition will include a list of art and culture stars and Egyptian drama makers to evaluate the serieses that aired during Ramadan, in addition announcing the name of the winners. The awards are determined by the Supreme Committee of the Festival and are approved by the jury headed by the noble director, Inaam Mohamed Ali.
 
It is worth noting that cred seeks to provide exceptional and distinguished real estate projects that meet their client’s needs, reflecting the recent changes that have occurred in the market in this period relying on the expertise of the company's officials, which includes 400 projects in Egypt and the Gulf countries over the past four decades.
 
This year, cred announced the launch of their project ‘Ever’ which will be built on an area of 40 acres in the Sixth of October City, West Cairo, in partnership with the Urban Communities Authority, in a distinctive strategic location directly on the 26th of July axis next to Mall of Arabia. It is a residential, commercial, administrative, medical and hotel project with a total investment of 9 billion Egyptian pounds, to be implemented within 6 years, with total sales of nearly 10 billion. It consists of 42 buildings, 36 of which are residential, and will be implemented in four phases.
The project consists of three districts; the first is an independent residential tower that contains 36 buildings, with 500 housing units. The second is an administrative and commercial sector located on an area of 20 acres, while the third sector of the project is a separate residential commercial hotel tower about 36 meters high, with a total of 500 residential units.
