CAIRO - 13 December 2021: The International Medical Industries Company (ICMI) said that the coverage ratio of the subscription to the capital increase during the first and second phases amounted to 69.21 percent.

 

The company explained in a statement to the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX), Monday, that the number of subscribed shares amounted to about 33.48 million shares, with a total nominal value of LE 33.48 million, at a value of LE 1 per share, in addition to 2.5 piasters issuance expenses.

 

The International Medical Industries had published the invitation to the old shareholders to subscribe to the shares of increasing the issued capital of the company, which amounted to LE 48.38 million for the number of 48.38 million shares with a nominal value of LE 1 per share.

 

The International Company for Medical Industries achieved a net loss of LE 148.44 thousand during the first nine months of 2021, compared to a net profit of 72.16 thousand during the same period last year.

 

Sales declined during the first half of 2021 to reach LE 708.23 thousand, compared to LE 1.19 million during the same period in 2020.
