Housing minister follows up on infrastructure projects

CAIRO - 8 July 2107: Minister of Housing and Urban Communities Mostafa Madbouly met with executives from the Arab Contractors company on Thursday to follow-up on the projects that the company is executing in a number of new cities.

Madbouly stressed on the importance of expediting the implementation process, with the company’s chairman, Mohamed Salah, promising that his company will finish all projects according to the scheduled time.

Salah said that work shifts will be running 24 hours in order to complete the projects on time, according to a released statement by the Ministry of Housing.

Among the projects under construction by the company are developing the main roads of Cairo’s 6 October city, building a bridge in Juhayna square in the same city and constructing another bridge in New Cairo. These projects will be finished by September 30, Salah said.
