Gamea asserted the depth of bilateral ties, pointing out to the importance of interpreting distinguished relations between Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and Moroccan King Mohamed VI to the economic, commercial and investment cooperation projects for the interest of both economies and peoples.
 

She said that an agreement was reached with the Moroccan side to form a work group from the ministries of trade from both countries to count the hindrances and challenges hindering movement of trade exchange and investment cooperation and find drastic solutions for these hindrances as soon as possible.
 

Gamea asserted the importance of launching a new easy work mechanism between Egypt and Morocco that focuses on clear procedures and time regulations.
 

She pointed out to the readiness of her ministry to present all aspects of support to the Moroccan investors, adding that the ministry is keen on attracting more Moroccan investments to the Egyptian market in the different production sectors in the coming stage.
 

The coming period will witness intensified meetings at the ministerial levels between Egypt and Morocco to discuss all the files of economic cooperation and stand on the challenges facing the flow of trade and investments.
 

Gamea said that the work strategy inked recently between the Egyptian government and Attijariwafa Bank of Morocco to boost the Egyptian exports in the markets of the countries of west Africa is an interpretation of the strong economic ties binding Egypt and Morocco.
 

Gamea invited Elalamy to visit Cairo to discuss means to boost economic cooperation and review all the files listed on the agenda in addition to regional and international economic issues of mutual interest.
 

Meanwhile, Elalamy asserted that his country is keen on boosting economic cooperation with Egypt especially in the commercial and investment sectors, pointing out to the importance of joint work to achieve balance in the rates of trade exchange.
 

He asserted the importance of opening a new page of trade and investment cooperation between Egypt and Morocco via working on solving the issues and challenges that hinder the flow of trade between both countries.
