CAIRO – 29 May 2021: The United Media Services Company (UMS) announced Saturday that it will offer from 20 to 30 percent of its shares on the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX), as part of its future plans to develop the media content.

 

This announcement came during a press conference held by the company on its future plan to develop media content in Egypt.

 

It announced that the floating on the EGX will be an initial public offering (EGX) for organizations and people.

 

The company clarified that the offering will help in providing sustainable liquidity to increase its capital and expansion.

 

According to the press conference, the company will end its offering plan and attracting investors in 2024.

 

The United Media Services will continue to develop media content and will launch an international news channel.

 

UMS announces it will expand its work in the marketplace by allowing collaborations with more producers.

 

It announces it will hire more qualified cadres with high experience in the financial markets

 

UMS is set to create new regional partnerships as part of its new development plan.
