The aim is to increase the volume of inter-trade and joint investments between the two sides in the coming stage, Gamae said in an expanded meeting with a delegation of the Bahraini chamber of commerce and industry.

The meeting took up the establishment of a direct commercial corridor between Egypt and Bahrain to secure demands of the Bahraini market in particularly and the Gulf markets in general, Gamae said.

She added that Egypt always welcomes efforts to enhance cooperation with all Arab countries in order to achieve an aspired regional economic integration.

This should also serve interests of the Arab peoples, the minister noted.

Arab business organizations do play a pivotal role in finding real partnerships among private sectors in the different Arab countries so that they can contribute to achieving aspirations of Arab citizens, Gamae said.
