Egypt's PM checks on executive situation of "Decent Life" projects

CAIRO - 20 July 2022: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly held a meeting to follow up on the executive situation of projects implemented under the presidential initiative "Decent Life" which aims at developing the Egyptian countryside.


The meeting was attended by Minister of Local Development Mahmoud Shaarawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Asem el Gazar and many other officials.

Cabinet spokesman Nader Saad said that the meeting took up the progress of work in various projects of the first phase of the initiative, which covers 1,477 villages, including the projects that have been completed and those that are still being implemented in many areas such as sewage networks, clean drinking water, natural gas networks, electricity, communication projects, road construction work, irrigation, as well as the establishment of government service complexes.
