CAIRO – 22 March 2021: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi announced in a phone-in Sunday that he would fulfill the demand of a woman who requested a kiosk license to make ends meet given she financially supports five daughters.

The woman is called Nahed Gamal Said and she works as a driver of a cargo tricycle.

The president made the phone-in after a TV show broadcast the humanitarian situation of the woman who has to carry sand, bricks, and furniture to be able to cover living expenses.

"I hope to serve people in every good way, particularly those living a harsh life. We're not a rich country but at least our hearts and will can go to them. May God help us help them," President Sisi said.

Earlier on Sunday, the president attended a ceremony held on the occasion of Mother's Day.
