CAIRO – 6 January 2021: Three women, two former football players, a former justice minister and a former Mufti are some of the 28 people President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi appointed at the House of Representative.

Sources have told Youm7 of 10 members in the list, and the full list willl be announced in hours. The 10 members are:

1 – Ibrahim Heneidy, former transitional justice minister.

2 – Naglaa al-Ahwany, former international cooperation minister.

3 – Ali Gomaa, former Mufti of the Republic.

4 – Emad Khalil, a journalist.

5 – Dorriya Sharaf el-Deen, renowned T.V. host.

6 – Fakhry el-Feky, economics professor.

7 – Hazem Emam, former Zamalk football player.

8 – Hossam Ghaly former Ahly football player.

9 – Dina Abdel Karim, media professional.

10 – Mohamed Omar, a journalist.

The results of the House of Representatives election was announced in December, with 568 members winning and 5 percent of them appointed by the president so women represent at least 25 percent of the House.
