CAIRO – 21 December 2020: Egypt strongly condemned the brutal terrorist decapitation of a Tunisian shepherd by a terrorist group in Kasserine area, said Spokesperson of the Egyptian Foreign Ministry Ahmed Hafez in a statement on Monday.

He expressed Egypt's sincere condolences to Tunisia and to the family of the victim over this painful loss, the statement added.

Egypt renewed its strong condemnation of such criminal acts, Hafez said, affirming its full stand with Tunisia in the measures it takes to eradicate the scourge of terrorism.

The Tunisian authorities found a beheaded body of a man in a mountainous area in Kasserine, and later was reported that the body belongs to a shepherd who was looking after his flock.
