Egypt’s official weather forecast warns of active winds amid unstable weather

CAIRO – 14 December 2020: Egypt’s Meteorological Authority has warned of active winds hitting most parts of the northern coasts and northern Upper Egypt causing low visibility on desert roads.

Egypt is witnessing unstable weather until Wednesday. After an increase in temperature degrees on Sunday, a 5-degree Celsius drop was witnessed on Monday with warm weather prevailing in Cairo and Lower Egypt.

Rainfall is expected to be medium to heavy, and sometimes thunderstorm, in areas in the northwestern coast.

Maritime in the Mediterrium will witness disruption, while winds will be active at some parts.
