CAIRO, Sept 30 (MENA) - Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli and cabinet members stood to observe a minute of silence to mourn the death of late Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah al Ahmad al Jaber al Sabah ahead of the start of a weekly cabinet meeting on Wednesday.

The meeting was held via video conference.

The prime minister said the cabinet offers its deepest condolences to the family of the emir and people of Kuwait over the death of a great man whom he called as a great loss to the Arab and Islamic worlds.
