CAIRO – 13 September 2020: The Egyptian Attorney General Hamada El Sawy said Sunday that a new service has been introduced by the Egyptian prosecution office as part of the current digital transformation.

El Sawy said that a unified electronic reports system has been launched via the official website www.ppo.gov.eg, in order to receive the citizens' reports and complaints instead of receiving them at google Form.

Citizens inside and outside Egypt will be able to submit and follow their reports and complaints without heading to any of the country’s Prosecution offices.

The Prosecution office will text messages to the citizens via Whatsapp and emails to brief them with the updates of their reports.
