Moroccan arrested over stabbing Egyptian at pizzeria in Italy

CAIRO – 27 August 2020: A 39-year old Egyptian man was stabbed by a Moroccan young man at their workplace at a pizzeria in Lecco city in Italy, according to the Italian newspaper Corriere Defitterbo.

 

The newspaper pointed out that the problem started with a quarrel over speeding the preparation of the requests, which resulted in a heated debate between the Egyptian and Moroccan men, and the then the latter pulled out a knife and stabbed the Egyptian man in one side of his body.

 

The newspaper said that after the stabbing, the ambulance took the injured Egyptian man, and he is currently receiving needed treatment.

 

Police forces arrested the Moroccan man, who is standing investigations regarding charges drawn against him including: attempted killing.
