Egypt, Kuwait confirm keenness on boosting economic relations

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 26 (MENA) - Egyptian Ambassador here Tarek Al Qouni and head of the Kuwaiti Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mohamed Al Saqr confirmed on Wednesday the keenness of both countries to boost economic relations.

At a meeting in the chamber, Qouni appreciated efforts by the Kuwaiti chamber for enhancing joint cooperation.

He noted that he listened at the meeting to viewpoints by businessmen and investors on increasing the volume of joint investments.

Saqr also said that Egypt is one of the most important trade partners of Kuwait.
