Egypt's Grand Imam congratulates Saudi king over success of his surgery, organization of hajj

CAIRO, July 31 (MENA) - Grand Imam of Al Azhar Ahmed Tayyeb offered congratulations to Saudi King Salman bin Abdel Aziz Al Saud on the success of his surgery as well as the organization of the pilgrimage this year.

On Twitter, Tayyeb said on Thursday "I congratulate Saudi King Salman bin Abdel Aziz Al Saud on the success of his surgery," wishing him to enjoy good health.

He also congratulated the monarch on the successful organization of the pilgrimage this year as the kingdom was keen on holding hajj in accordance with preventive measures adopted over the coronavirus pandemic to ensure pilgrims safety.
