Kuwait: 1,215 stranded Egyptians fly home on 7 flights

KUWAIT CITY, July 13 (MENA) - Kuwait's Directorate of Civil Aviation on Monday said 1,215 stranded Egyptians in the Gulf country flew home on seven flights.

Three flights carrying 635 Egyptian nationals left for Cairo, two flights carrying 290 Egyptians to Sohag, along with two flights carrying 290 passengers headed for Assuit and Luxor, the directorate said in a statement received by MENA office in Kuwait.

The flights are operated by the airlines of Kuwait Airways, Jazeera Airways and EgyptAir companies, the statement added.
