1,075 stranded Egyptians back home via 7 flights

KUWAIT CITY, July 6 (MENA) - Kuwait's Directorate of Civil Aviation said on Monday 1,075 stranded Egyptians in the Gulf country flew home on board seven flights.

Three flights carrying 495 Egyptian nationals on board left for Cairo, one flight carrying 145 to Sohag, one flight with 145 left for Alexandria, along with another flight carrying 145 passengers headed for Luxor, the directorate said in a statement received by MENA office in Kuwait.

The flights are operated by Kuwait Airways, Jazeera Airways and Air Arabia Egypt companies, the statement added.
