CAIRO – 18 April 2020: Abu Khalifa Emergency hospital in Ismailia governorate, north-eastern Egypt, announced two foreigners fully recovered from Coronavirus and left quarantine Thursday.

The hospital posted on their Facebook page footages of an Italian tourist in festive environment. The tourist thanked the medical team at the hospital for their effort to provide him with necessary medical care to overcome the Covid-19.

Another case of an American tourist also exited the hospital in Ismailia amid a state of joy and cheerfulness from the medical team who shared this moment with him. Pictures of the American tourist were posted on social media and attracted many reactions from people who thanked the medical team for their great effort to combat the spread of the deadly Covid-19 virus.

Deputy head of the hospital, Mohamed Khaled, said that one the current serious cases is for another 49-year old American patient who is suffering a pulmonary artery stroke, and another heart stroke and a stroke in the brain. Dr. Khaled added that he is still under treatment and his case is improving.
