CAIRO, April 7 (MENA) - The labor office of the Ministry of Manpower at the Egyptian Consulate in Milan, Italy, said on Tuesday that it is following up the conditions of Egyptian expatriates in implementation of directives of Minister Mohamed Saafan.

The minister received a report from labor attache in Milan Magdy Hassanein, in which the latter pointed out that he met an Egyptian woman selling vegetables and fruits at a shop in Milan, which was supposed to be closed after the spread of the Covid-19 in the European country.

For his part, Ministry spokesman Haitham Saad el Deen said the labor attache managed to convince the store owner in cordial ways to continue opening the shop.

The Egyptian women appreciated efforts exerted by the labor office to keep the shop opened.
