Libya: No coronavirus cases detected

TRIPOLI, March 1 (MENA) - The Libyan National Center For Infectious Diseases Prevention And Control said on Sunday that no coronavirus cases have been detected in the country.

In a statement, the center said a national committee was formed for confronting the virus and following up the international situation in this respect.

The center also activated the use thermal imaging cameras to see whether travelers have fevers.

Intensive health awareness campaigns were launched.

The World Health Organization (WHO) said about 85.994 confirmed coronavrius cases were detected worldwide.
