CAIRO - 10 January 2020: Minister of Transport Kamel el Wazir has reviewed a plan to develop Egyptian National Railways club and improve services in the domains of physical, economic and investment activities.

El Wazir also reviewed a plan to develop social buildings, stadiums and halls, besides a plan to promote green spaces and gardens in the club.

The minister's statements came during a meeting held between el Wazir and Chairman of Egyptian National Railways Authority Ashraf Mohamed Raslan, where they reviewed an investment plan for establishing business premises to increase revenues of Egypt's National Railways Authority, the ministry said in a statement on Friday.

El Wazir affirmed the ministry's keenness to provide health and social care services for employees in the authority and National Authority for Tunnels (NAT), considering the human element is important to the success of Egypt's transport sector.
