CAIRO, Nov 10 (MENA) - The Egyptian, Pakistani and Jordanian military exercise, codenamed Fajr Al Sharq 1 (“Dawn of the East 1”), have wound up in Pakistan.

The two-week drills saw the participation of Egyptian, Pakistani, and Jordanian special forces, along with representatives of several other countries as observers.

The exercise involved training on inspecting, searching and confronting explosives as well as medical aid operations.

The drills came in light of the three countries' keenness to promote military relations to the level of partnership.
