283 Egyptians return from Libya via Salloum crossing

MARSA MATROUH, 28 August 2019: As many as 283 Egyptians returned home from Libya via Salloum Crossing over the past 24 hours, Marsa Matrouh security chief Reda al Omda said in a statement on Wednesday.

Out of all the returnees, 30 Egyptians had illegally traveled to Libya, the statement added.

Meanwhile, travel procedures for 1,010 persons, including 333 Egyptians and 677 Libyans, have been finalized, the statement read.

Also, 160 trucks laden with goods, food supplies, construction materials and marble have crossed the terminal, the statement said.
