CAIRO - 7 August 2019: An Egyptian national was found dead in Milan after he was stabbed in his neck, Italy's Sky TG24 reported.

The Italian police have not yet identified the murderer but have arrested the flat owner, an Egyptian national, on suspicion of killing Milad Gerges, 47.

Eyewitnesses said that they could recognize an argument inside the apartment, where the victim was stabbed, among six people.

Preliminary investigation indicates that Gerges was stabbed inside the apartment but could move to the building's entrance before he died of wounds. Investigations are still ongoing.
