Egypt's Mufti praises Saudi efforts for organizing hajj season

RIYADH/CAIRO - 28 July 2019: Egypt's Mufti Shawqi Allam praised the efforts exerted by the government of Saudi King Salman bin Abdel Aziz in organizing and facilitating measures for this year's hajj season.

In statements to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Allam asserted that Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of King Salman and Crown Prince Mohamed bin Salman, is exerting great efforts in coordination with the bodies concerned to ease the measures for the pilgrims' entry into the hajj holy sites.

He also commended the expansions made in the surroundings of Al Haram El Sharif and the new high speed train from Mecca to Madina as well as other transportation means that have been introduced over the past period.
