Hajj operations rooms have not received complaints: official

CAIRO - 27 July 2019: Operations rooms in Medina have not received any complaints from Hajj pilgrims, said executive president of Egypt’s official Hajj mission Amr Lotfy.

In statements to MENA on Saturday, Lotfy added that three hotels in Medina have been fully booked for low-cost pilgrimage performers for the first time.

Preachers have been brought for the first time to answer inquiries from Hajj pilgrims, Lotfy said, noting that the move was taken in cooperation between the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Awqaf.
