Egyptian expats to visit Suez Canal, Galala City

CAIRO - 14 July 2019: The Ministry of Immigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs is organizing a series of field trips to mega development projects for participants in the first conference of Egyptian expats associations.

The field trips will begin Sunday with a visit to the Suez Canal Axis so that the expatriates’ representatives see the new canal and the SCzone, where certain factories have started operation, while further investments will be launched soon.

SCzone houses 167 enterprises: chairman

CAIRO - 1 June 2019: SCzone houses 167 enterprises, Chairman of the Suez Canal Authority Mohab Mamish stated on Friday, according to Daily News Egypt. TEDA Chinese Industrial city received 13.5 square kilometers southern the canal in 2015. Chinese investors finished the infrastructure, and established 65 logistic entities and 33 industrial entities including Jushi, the largest fiberglass factory in the world.




The following destination will be Galala City, which is a major tourism project located on the western shore of the Red Sea near Al Ain Al Sokhna resort town.

CAIRO - 21 December 2018: Covering 19,000 feddans on the "al-Galala al- Bahareya", which lies 700 meters above sea-level in the Red Sea area between Ain Sokhna and Zafarana, the Armed Forces Engineering Authority and more than 100 local civil companies are establishing an integrated city on the El-Galala Plateau.
