Transport ministry finished implementing many vital projects of late : min.

CAIRO, June 16 (MENA) - Minister of Transport Kamel el Wazir said that several projects that were not listed on the agenda of the government were implemented during the past period due to the pressing need for them.

National projects in a broad range of fields including roads, housing, logistics and production have been successfully implemented recently with the support of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, Wazir said on Sunday while addressing the Builders of Egypt forum which is being held under Sisi's auspices.

The Ministry of Transport is working on promoting dry ports and logistic zones and is carrying out many land, rail and river projects to connect cities with industrial zones and ports across the nation, he said.
