Pope Tawadros leads Palm Sunday Mass at Saint Pishoy Monastery

CAIRO, April 21 (MENA) - Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of St. Mark led the Palm Sunday Mass at the Monastery of Saint Pishoy in Wadi El Natrun in Beheira, north of Cairo.

A host of priests and bishops were present.

The Palm Sunday, celebrated by all Egyptian churches in and outside Egypt, falls on the Sunday before Easter. The feast commemorates Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem
