CAIRO - 7 March 2019: President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a decree approving a 200-million-dollar loan agreement between the Egyptian government and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to finance an energy efficiency project carried out by the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS).

The deal was signed in Cairo on December 27, 2017.

The decree was published in the gazette out Thursday.
