CAIRO, Dec 23 (MENA) - The House of Representatives strongly condemned a report the European Parliament issued on December 13 about the human rights situation in Egypt.

The report relies on undocumented incidents, quoting sources with prejudiced and politicized views, according to a House statement released on Saturday.

This report brings the European Parliament's integrity and objectivity into question, the statement noted.

The House expressed categorical rejection of the interference in the Egyptian domestic affairs, highlighting the double standards of the European countries, where human rights violations, racism, Islamophobia and mistreatment of migrants and refugees are still not addressed.
