RIYADH, Dec 1 (MENA) – A delegation from the Saudi-Egyptian parliamentary friendship committee, led by member of the Saudi Shura Council Assaf bin Salim, will start on Sunday an official visit to Egypt.

In statements to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Bin Salim said the visit comes within the framework of supporting parliamentary relations between the Saudi Shura Council and the Egyptian House of Representatives.

He pointed out to a joint vision witnessed in the two countries’ relations in a way that proves the strong ties biding Egypt and Saudi Arabia in various fields.

The visit will include meetings and talks with a number of top officials from the Egyptian ministries of foreign affairs, investment and culture in addition to several lawmakers at the Egyptian parliament to discuss several issues of mutual concern, he noted.
