ASSIUT, Upper Egypt - 3 September 2018: Participants in the activities of the Nile Ship for youths of Arab and riparian countries suggested establishing an organization for youths of Nile Basin countries.

The organization would be set up in Cairo in order to boost tourism and make the the optimal use of human and natural resources.

The youths made the remarks during a seminar on the Egyptian-African relations.

The youths also underlined the importance of gearing up for an Arab-African youth forum due to be held in Cairo soon.

About 200 youths from 24 countries, including South Sudan, Burundi, Ethiopia, Bahrain, Algeria, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Egypt and Comoros, participate in activities of the Nile Ship for youths of Arab and riparian countries.

The ship set sail Sunday night from Assiut to Aswan.
