EgyptAir denies plane's malfunction in the air

CAIRO - 12 July 2018: EgyptAir company denied on Thursday claims reported by a news website concerning flight ms780 coming from Heathrow Airport in London to Cairo International Airport.

Earlier, a news website published that the plane was malfunctioned during its way to Cairo and that the repairing process lasted for four hours.

In a press release, EgyptAir company said the plane malfunctioned at Heathrow Airport in London and was repaired in London within only 30 minutes.

The statement added that only two passengers requested to cancel their voyage.

The company also noted that the plane took off from London after two hours and 20 minutes delay.

The statement asserted that the company had taken all legal measures against this news website.
