Civil Aviation min. checks security measures in Cairo airport

CAIRO – 17 June 2018: Civil Aviation Minister Youness Al Masry directed Saturday the heads of the ministry's companies to coordinate with the Ministry of Interior to maintain the efficiency of security measures taken at Cairo International Airport.

In a statement issued by the Civil Aviation Ministry, the minister directed to review the situation of the suspended projects and plans to resume them.

During his first inspection tour at the airport, the minister listened to the staff's suggestions and asserted the necessity of committing to accuracy and regulation.

Masry was sworn in on Thursday before President Abdel Fattah El Sisi as the new civil aviation minister.
