CAIRO – 29 March 2018: A source revealed that the Sand storm that has hit South Sinai governorate on early Thursday has obstructed judges in far towns as Ras Sedr and Nuweiba from going to the main polling station to submit results of secondary stations.

The result may not be announced until the weather clears up, a source who preferred not to mention his name added.

Polling stations nationwide started sorting and counting ballots late Wednesday, with initial indicators showing that incumbent president Abdel Fatah al-Sisi obtained about 90 percent of the votes against his sole contender, head of Al-Ghad party, Moussa Moustafa Moussa.
