CAIRO - 2 December 2017: The Cairo Criminal Court postponed on Saturday the trial of Guide of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood Group (MB) Mohamed Badie and 738 other MB leaders in Rabaa armed sit-in case to Tuesday.

The court decided to adjourn the session to hear the testimony of eyewitnesses in the events and circumstances of the sit-in, which was held in Nasr City.

The court decided to fine the The East Cairo Prosecution officer in charge of notifying the witnesses for not informing them to attend today's session which resulted in their absence.

Other MB leaders, such as Essam el Erian, Mohamed el Beltagy and Bassem Ouda are among the defendants on trial.

The defendants are accused of possessing weapons, blocking roads, violating citizens' rights and vandalizing public property, as well as murdering a number of citizens and policemen, in addition to other accusations.
