KABUL - 10 November 2017: A relatively heavy explosion has rocked Lashkargah city, the provincial capital of southern Helmand province of Afghanistan, leaving a policeman dead and five others injured.

The incident took place in the vicinity of Bolan area of the city after a suicide bomber detonated his explosives near a police outpost, the Afghan news agency Khaama Press reported on Friday.

The Taliban group in Afghanistan claimed responsibility for the incident.
