CAIRO – 12 October 2017: Minister of Youth and Sports Khaled Abdel Aziz said Thursday that the World Youth Forum is a culmination of the youth conferences, which President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi called for.

In a press conference at the Cabinet headquarters, Abdel Aziz said that number of heads of states have been invited to participate in the forum, noting that the forum will discuss several international issues like illegal immigration, environment and communication among world's youth.

The World Youth Forum will carry a message of peace from the Egyptian youth to world's youth and show Egypt's cultural side, the Minister stated.

He added that more than 3,000 youth will take part in the event, mostly from abroad, adding that many actors asked for attending and participating in the forum.

Abdel Aziz said that 2017 is a very unique year, as the Egyptian national team reached World Cup 2018, pointing out that Egypt could organize several international championships.

He also appreciated the efforts of the Egyptian girl over the past years, as she could honorably represent Egypt in the international championships.
