BAGHDAD- 6 October 2017: Anbar Operations Commander Mahmoud al Falahi said on Friday that a suicide bomber affiliated to Daesh terrorist group was killed before attacking a military outpost in western Ramada city.

Falahi noted that the suicide bomber was wearing an explosive belt when he attempted to target a military outpost in the west of Ramadi city of Iraq. An army force managed to kill him and explode the belt before approaching the military outpost, Falahi was quoted by Alsumaria news channel.

Ramadi city is now under the full control of Iraqi security troops and tribes after its liberation from Daesh.

Since then, some Daesh terrorists have been repeatedly attempting to infiltrate into the city but forces manage to kill them on the spot.
