JEDDAH - 19 September 2017: Saudi Defense Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz met here Tuesday with UK Defense Secretary Michael Fallon.

During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries, particularly the mechanism of joint coordination in the field of defense, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

They also discussed the latest developments in the region and efforts to combat terrorism.

Then, they signed a framework agreement for cooperation in the fields of military and security between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

The meeting was attended by a number of officials.
