CAIRO – 15 September 2017: Aisha Jeddah, a Chadian citizen who travelled from Cairo to Ndjamena this week, thanked the public relations team in Egypt Air for helping her when she gave birth in the Cairo International airport transit hall.

The airport hospital provided her with all the care and medical needs possible.

The public relations team made several visits to check on her health until she left the hospital. Egypt Air provided the child, named Zahraa, a free ticket to travel with her mother to Chad.

On June 25, the Egypt Air’s medical staff also helped another pregnant woman from Chad, Batool Mahamet Haroun, to give birth to her child, who was named Ahmed, at the airport.
