Indian Minister of Defense goes on 3-day visit to Egypt

CAIRO – 17 September 2022: Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will arrive in Cairo on Sunday to hold a bilateral discussion with Egyptian Minister of Defense General Moahmed Ahmed Zaki, said the Indian Minister on his Twitter Account on Saturday

“Tomorrow, 18th September, I would be in Cairo, on a 3-day visit to Egypt.  Looking forward to holding discussions with my counterpart, General Mohamed Ahmed Zaki to further strengthen defence cooperation between both the countries,” he took to Twitter.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will be inked between both countries in military cooperation.

The Indian Defense Minister will also meet with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
