CAIRO – 13 September 2022: The Ministry of State for Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates' Affairs, in coordination with the Higher Education and Scientific Research Ministry, said that the Supreme Council of Universities announced the date of placement tests offered to students who returned from war-hit Ukraine.

The number of applicants is 154 students, and they will have their placement tests at Ain Shams University and Cairo University on September 20-21, according to a statement issued by the ministry on Tuesday.

The placement tests will be the third to be held since the outbreak of Russia-Ukraine crisis, the statement added.

The move comes in line with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's directives regarding the Egyptian students studying in Ukrainian universities, read the statement.
