Egypt's Higher education, emigration ministers discuss ways of benefiting from experiences of Egyptian scientists abroad

CAIRO – 12 September 2022: Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Ayman Ashour discussed on Monday with Minister of State for Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates' Affairs Soha Gendy ways of benefiting from the experiences of Egyptian scientists living abroad.

Ashour stressed the importance of close cooperation between the two ministries to make use of the distinguished expertise of Egyptian scientists living overseas in various fields.

He praised the efforts made by the emigration ministry to link Egyptian scientists abroad with their homeland.

Gendy, for her part, lauded the role played by the Ministry of Higher Education in preparing Egyptian experts in all fields.

The meeting tackled means of solving the problems faced by Egyptian students studying abroad.
