The new Four Seasons Resort Luxor is located on the eastern side of the Nile, directly overlooking the Valley of the Kings, giving its visitors a breathtaking view. The resort comprises a hotel in the middle and two suites designed in a unique architectural style.
The 201-room hotel consists of five stories on an area of 40,000 square meters. It includes meeting rooms, a gymnasium, a health club, as well as swimming pools, gardens, waterfalls, and a children's play area. In addition to the design of "terraces" overlooking the Nile, the hotel consists of a hall for holding various events. In order to provide great comfort and safety, the designers consciously provided a car garage on a large area of 3,000 meters underground.

The new hotel adds to the list of high-level tourist hotels and a new addition to Luxor Governorate, touted as one of the world's most important tourist destinations.
Among TMG's flagship projects are Al Rehab City, which covers over 9.9 million square meters and hosts 200,000 residents, and Madinaty, which covers over 33.6 million square meters of land with 700,000 target residents. The company has recently laid the foundation stone for its Noor City project, covering 5,000 acres in front of the New Administrative Capital.
