Egypt's scorching heat continues to relent; Cairo records highs of 29°C

CAIRO - 9 April 2022: The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expects that Sunday, will witness a continued decrease in temperatures, so that hot weather will prevail during the day in Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt, moderate on the northern coasts, very hot on southern Upper Egypt, while a cold is expected at night.

 

 

And the Meteorological Authority stated that tomorrow will witness a watery mist in the morning on Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt and the northern coasts.

 

 

As for the temperatures expected on Sunday:

 

Greater Cairo records highs of 29 degrees and lows of 15 degrees

 

Alexandria  records highs24 degrees and lows of 15 degrees

 

Matrouh records highs 21 degrees and lows of 14 degrees

 

Sohag records highs 35 degrees and lows of 19 degrees

 

Qena records highs 38 degrees and lows of 22 degrees

 

Aswan records highs 41 and lows of 24 degrees

 

Saint Catherine is records highs 29 degrees, and lows of  14 degrees.
