CAIRO – 17 March 2022: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Thursday the condolences of the government and people of Egypt over the fall of victims as a consequence of the earthquake that hit Japan, underlining its solidarity with the Asian state over that disaster.

 

An earthquake, whose magnitude is 7.4, occurred northeastern the country on Wednesday incurring the death of two, and the injury of 160. As reported by the BBC, an electricity outage affected two million houses, and a bullet train got derailed but with no harm to any of the passengers.
