Egypt sees decline in temperature until Sunday, Cairo records lows of 9°C

CAIRO – 4 January 2021: The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) revealed Tuesday a cold weather to prevail during the day in Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern coasts and northern Upper Egypt.

 

According to the authority, a decline in temperature degrees will be witnessed until Sunday, tending to be warm on southern Sinai and southern Upper Egypt during the day, while a very cold weather to be witnessed at night.

 

EMA also noted that the least temperature degree will be recorded in Upper Egypt on Friday, hitting 5°C, while Cairo will record lows of 9°C throughout the week.

 

For the expected temperature on Tuesday:

 

Cairo and Lower Egypt will record highs of 18°C and lows of 10°C

 

Northern South Sinai will record highs of 22°C and lows of 14°C

 

North Upper Egypt will record highs of 18°C and lows of 7°C

 

South Upper Egypt will record highs of 23°C and lows of 9°C
